The German Minimum Wage Commission will host its third international workshop in Berlin on 4–5 November 2026. The academic workshop on Thursday, 5 November (9:00–17:00) features international research on the distributional and employment effects of minimum wages, firms’ adjustment and competitiveness, human capital, and training.
The keynote by Giulia Giupponi (Bocconi University) is titled “Employment and Distributional Effects of Minimum Wage Changes.”
