“The Impacts of Negative Income Tax on Labor Market and Health Outcomes: Evidence from a Large-Scale Field Experiment” by Minki Kim

On Tuesday 2 December, RF Berlin welcomes Minki Kim (University of Mannheim) to present the findings from a large-scale negative income tax experiment conducted in Seoul. The study investigates how monthly cash transfers influenced employment, household spending, and health, and draws on a life-cycle model to assess the broader implications of implementing such programs at scale.

This seminar is part of the RFBerlin Applied Economics Seminar series, which brings researchers to Berlin to share their work and engage in discussion. The event is open to the public and particularly intended for an academic audience.
